What is a Console Module?
The Console Module is a KVM product designed to let network administrators control and manage multiple servers from a single, 1U rackmounted console.
This does not contain any KVM functionality itself. It is a slideaway LCD console that can be connected with an existing KVM infrastructure to provide central management and administration of network devices.
It enables the management of multiple servers through a single LCD console that slides away when not in use, taking up only 1U of rack space. Through daisy-chaining multiple KVMs together, the console module is capable of handling a number of servers from a single console.
